First 2025 extraction

Was going to inspect bees but weather crap.

So started to extract honey, mostly tree blossom and very nice and light. 

Put it into buckets to settle and then I will filter and jar. I don't normally take spring honey but boxes too heavy on hives.

Dropped off wet supers at bee shed and will put on bees tomorrow.


Allotment visit in the rain. Some netting up for peas to climb.

Popped in to see an Allotment pal fir a chat.

Dinner made.

A beekeeping pal came over with her honey frames and we extracted her honey.

Dogs walked with eco mum.
