at what point is cornflour really past its ‘use by’ date?
Rarely use it, so when making gravy earlier was amused to see 2017 was stamped on the tin!

(My mother will chortle even more when she sees this, as I rib her when I find stuff lurking in her fridge which has galloped years past the use by date!)
