Maastricht, moats and mistletoe alley

There was much more open scenery today and it’s been a two country ride. You might just make out my bike leaned up against the statue where I sat for a drink and a bagel before heading on to find the river north. On the way, I came across a prettily roofed white bungalow castle surrounded by a moat, and an alley lined with enormous trees all loaded with mistletoe.

I didn’t have to play dodge the shower and I’m back in shorts and short sleeves. All in all a great outing.

Back home to sort out, feed and play my new game Forage which is a cute solitaire game that’s very addictive. (Managed to fit in Big Points with Bex L and Bex R too.)
