Last Morning on the Thames

Woke up to a very pleasant morning at the boatyard where we had to return our hire craft.
Red kites were circling overhead and parakeets were calling and flying about - both species, along with Egyptian Geese, which are so common in the Thames Valley and virtually absent from Derbyshire.
We enjoyed much of our holiday but it was too physical for Val, the "hopping" on and off and holding ropes caused her a lot of pain and anxiety but we've done it and we have other more relaxing holidays planned.
