Oxeye daisies

A few days ago there were just tight buds . Now a splendid display, growing against one of the walls in  Furness Abbey ruins. 
A nice splash of colour on a rather grey day. 
Not too cold , but then it is June!. 

The wind dropped and we sat and had an ice lolly . The sun felt very warm. But then the clouds came over and it began to rain quite heavily. 
An English summer.. sigh.
