A special meal

When Emma turned 30 last year I said that Deb & I would take her out to Dinner at some point - then Emma & Sam got engaged, so we needed a really special meal! 
After much diary checking, we managed to tie them down to this weekend, and three months ago booked the Old Stamp House in Ambleside, a truly amazing Michelin Star Restaurant.

Cumbria is very fortunate in being the county that has the most Michelin starred restaurants outside of London, and the OSH is by far my favourite - absolutely stunning food, great service without being overly "stuffy" - you really feel welcome. That and the head chef is a cracking  bloke!

The menu starts with the top left hand corner and the pictures run clockwise round to the Sticky Toffee Madeleines. 

Emma & Sam loved it, it was so lovely to see them looking so happy. (extra of them).
