I'd love to say after my exertions of the past couple of days that I enjoyed a lie in. Son #1 texted me at 0730 so that was the ball burst

A slow day of laundry, van clearing before an afternoon stroll along to Gyspy Brae. Slightly marred by yoof on moto x bikes blasting up and down. Bring back National Service, kids today,  no respect etc

And more of the same in the evening; plus dhal, Spain v Portugal but my planned tasting of the Glenallachie 12 yo fell by the wayside as I dozed off... the words 'high' and ' tempo' were removed from Sundays lexicon
