Beach- day

Every one and their dog (sorry Tussock, not your actual dogs - not allowed I'm afraid despite how much fun it looks) was at the beach. It's the place that all the locals make for at the weekend. I mean everyone - often three, sometimes four generations of families make it a whole day out. Tons of stuff is carried long distances from the car park. Several cool boxes frequently, umbrellas, chairs, towels, bats and balls. We went light - just one towel, but then we didn't intend staying long. It was worth going to see the social gathering.
