I enjoyed that!

Chicken stir fry for dinner this evening with some Chinese cabbage added to the ingredients I usually use. It worked well. 

I hate to have to admit it, but it may have been the highlight of my day. 

Almost all of it was given over to catching up with my laundry and a visit to the supermarket. 

And suddenly tomorrow is Monday...
