Blea Tarn

One of my absolute favourites along with the Langdales.
We got there early and had walk along the paths in the woods on one side of the tarn.
The clouds were changing all the time but we didn’t get soaked today.
We enjoyed a delicious Sunday lunch at The Priest Hole, just round the corner from our rental property. I had a couple of cocktails and Tom enjoyed a bottle of Ennerdale bitter, A little rest was needed in the afternoon.
We’ve had a walk to Waterhead and back this evening.
