Long day

Started very early from home after a night during which I kept waking up thinking it was time to get up.
Long drive to the Channel Tunnel, stopped for lunch with D3 and to collect her luggage.
The trip through the tunnel was uneventful but boring, it has none of the excitement of the ferry crossing.
We are spending the night in a small village about an hour from the coast in the   Le Moulin D'Audenfort.
This was a water Moulin, the wheel is no longer there but the mill race still cascades next to the building .
We went for a short walk to try and unstiffen after the drive, just passing fields of cereal,still green but getting tall. Saw these flowers and thought "Blip" 
It is not luxurious place but all the people have been very friendly and we had a snack tea sitting on the balcony listening to two young children running around and playing. Right now I am still sitting out listening to the birds, the water and the wind blowing through the huge weeping willow in the garden. Very tired
