Potato based snack of the day!

I'm at Feast foodie festival in Battersea Park today with the girls (not worth paying to get in but if you have freebies like we did, OK).

The most popular street food stall by far was this one, selling creatively sliced potatoes, speared on kebab sticks then deep fried in oil.

The queue was so long that we didn't even bothered to join it. Therefore the woman in the picture is a total stranger I persuaded to be photographed with her prize.

Great business idea, great fun, very low overheads. 10/10 and rivals the New York Cronut for desirability.
