1937 Chevrolet Rat Rod

I love rat rods for their creativity and ingenuity. 
I would guess this rat rod started life as a 1937 Chevrolet, though I'd enjoy hearing other's opinions on its origin.
It may be a completed project or a work in progress... that's the nature of rat rods.
