Back to basics.....

Left Lilongwe this morning around 4.45am and got back here just after 9am! What a wonderful few days but now its back to basics! Had loads of visitors today because they missed me (haha!!).

Market this afternoon to get some food in and found these lovely tasty morsels for sale - didn't buy any but did ask if I could take a photo! Yes, its mice on a stick - they are not usually sold much in the north here but more in the central region where they are sold along the roadside as a snack!

If anyone is interested I have backblipped for the past week as I have been in Zambia at South Luwangwa National Park where I had a wonderful relaxing time with the animals!!

Am behind on everyone's blips but hope to catch up over the weekend. I deliberately didn't do any internet stuff when I was away - I needed a break from everything electronic!!
