Lone swimmer

The day worked out better than forecast. After a slow start we went to Portobello to let Rosie run along the beach. Coffee and fine pieces in the Espy then more walking and running along the beach (Rosie, not me) followed by tea outside the Beach House watching the kine swimmer, the learner paddle boarders and the young kids in bikinis.  It was almost sunny and though there were a few spots of rain the downpours didn't materialise till later. 

Home and the out again by bus to Henderson's, where the food was ok but the service far too quick. Fine dining sounds be more than an hour. It be was fast food and I'm craving a steak. 

Back home it was wet, dark, cold and Willow won't come in.
