a nice Saturday with a visit from Rex, who also took me to the M&S foodhall…….the weather forecast was dire, but turned out nice soa nice surprise….
the new mattress turns out to be fantastic so far….
no stiffness in the morning, and so is the new sleep routine….so my balance is much better….
