Air conditioning maintenance

My apartment is on the 23rd floor and as I looked out of the bedroom window, I was surprised to see this scene.

There is no 24th floor, so this chap is sitting comfortably outside an apartment on the 25th floor.

He was talking to someone inside for a very long time, totally relaxed whilst he fixed the air con unit!
