Pirkka is buying a house of his own after having lived in an apartment for all the time after leaving home.

This is not the house, though! It was an interesting looking old building at the far end of the lot. There used to be a sauna there in the old days.

The house itself was built in 2004 and looked quite nice - only a kitchen/ living room, bedroom, shower and toilet. Just the right number of square meters for a single guy. Keeping my fingers crossed that Pirkka's offer will be accepted (130 000€)!
