Buckfast gone Posh

I couldn’t believe it, when I encountered this signature cocktail featuring Bucky of all things in a trendy London underground bar. I had to have it and it was predictably disgusting! The server looked confused by our reaction to the inclusion of buckfast in a cocktail menu… I don’t think they are aware that their artisan made- by-monks ingredient has a double life.
