An Old Fashioned Butcher

We are so used rush to the convenience of the supermarket, that we hardly take the time go to all the little shops who sell specialized products.

If we have a special occasion - or guests - we do go the extra mile to go to the baker, the greengrocer and butcher, but are they still as I remember them when I went shopping with my mother when I was still a kid?

I hardly see a butcher who still does it all fresh in the shop, but now I found one...
