Up early and out on the bike for the morning for the first big ride in ages. Makes a change from all the recent swimming for sure.

And then out in the afternoon for a Screen 1 showing at The Cameo of a really terrific film, an absolute gem. Both me and my partner liked 'The Ballad Of Wallis Island' very, very much indeed.
