Butter bean, leek and white miso soup

Saw this combination on Instagram and had to make it. While we were in Boscombe bought the leek. And prepared it for dinner tonight . Excellent.

Just been watching the Sinner v Djokovic match. As expected Sinner's just won, but I was really torn between the two, as I've always supported Djoko. After all he's a vegan and a dog lover.

Tomorrow there's a massive live music event on the pier with thousands attending. I had a blistering headache after the last one, 7 hours from 3 pm till 10 pm of the loudest music (and BASS BEAT) you can imagine. Dreading it.
