Beautiful healthy lemons

Lemons in my friend’s garden - in a pot! I have never ever had success with lemons in a pot or in the garden. We had a lovely fairly big tree when we moved in here and within a year the tree got sick and died. As did all the previous ones in previous gardens!!Now I have one in a great spot but I still have to see a flower, nevermind lemons on it! So I give up. I took this photo this afternoon to paint it in the next week- need to practice shadows and highlights and I thought this is a good subject
This morning acyclinggrannie and I had a lovely catch up over scones and coffee at our fav place and I also got a few good tips regarding crochet that I am going to try this week.
