John Buchan's funeral today. I liked John, he was always a helpful and cheery person from my perspective. Hadn't been aware of how involved with the Church he'd been throughout his life. I knew him from both the College, where he was a mechanical engineering Lecturer for many years, and the Inverness base of the Royal Naval Auxiliary Services (RNXS), where he was the base commander and our local skipper.
