Non-slip Slippers.

A wet and chilly morning but things improved as the day went on.   I should have gone to Brigend to buy bird food but postponed it till tomorrow. Lay around reading an Ann Cleeves set in Lindisfarne. Many years ago a friend and I walked from Melrose to the Holy Isle walking across the sands at low tide. It was a beautiful day. One to remember. My new slippers arrived and seem to have a good grip so hopefully there will be no more slipping on the stairs.  They're very cosy too so a good buy I think.
