Cooking with chocolate

Today I thought I'd make a spontaneous chocolate cake. After waiting many hours for the icing to set in the fridge (even ended up resorting to the freezer at one stage) it finally got finished and it was very nice, if I do say so myself. Compliments to the chef ;)
