The Pool's Open!

With three hot days coming, it was crucial to get the pool open.  I place flat stones in it so small birds and insects like bees, butterflies, and dragonflies can land and get a drink.  Not 20 minutes later a tiny white butterfly (could be a Sulfur) landed on the stone and walked to the edge for a drink.  Extra. My tree peony gave one magnificent bloom this year.  There were seven last year.  I tentatively opened the Back Porch Cafe and Chippie immediately arrived.  I hope Ratty has relocated.
