The Doctors surgery sent me a patient satisfaction survey, I’ll add that it was a two week wait for a non urgent appointment and there was no chance of going to my local branch surgery, I had to travel to their main surgery the other side of Derby. It took 85 attempts to get through when phoning at 8am. A lot of people now queue outside the practice from 7:30am as they don’t want to face the telephone lottery.

A walk with all three and D did well, albeit he was slow but he seemed to enjoy the sniffs.
