Darrowby or Grassington?

We went into Harrogate this morning in order for me to pay a bill at a 'proper' bank, which I'd forgotten to do before coming on holiday.  From there, after a cup of coffee, we drove to Grassington which stands in for the fictional town of Darrowby in the current series of 'All Creatures Great and Small'.  Mambo had said in a recent blip that they were going to be filming there in the next couple of weeks.  It was difficult to get too close but you can see 'Mr Herriot' aka Nicholas Ralph in this blip, waiting patiently to walk down the street to his right.  He did it twice - once followed by a flock of sheep (see extra) and once without sheep.  I think a lot of the time they were waiting for the showers to pass by.  Another extra shows a poster and some notices one would have seen in the early war years.
