Lots of colour in the field by the woods now. I believe this is an Early Marsh Orchid, if my plant ID app is right.
Lexi managed to knock me over on our walk tonight, she was at the back of my ankles and I lost balance. Luckily no-one was around to see and other than a small graze  no damage was done.
