Treasure Hunting

A fab day spent on different beaches. A sunny morning dip with the lovely MHS group folks at our local spot. Then it was home for a quick shower and heading off to Seacliff to meet Z for a fascinating day on a Seaweed foraging course. Was really interesting learning about the different types, how to spot healthy plants and the best time to harvest them. We came home with gin and seaweed, what more can you ask for!
