Botanical pottery

I think is my favourite type. Especially when the lavender is out.

We had our 3rd Anxiety & Me meeting today. Only 2 people turned up compared to 12 at the last meeting. But it meant the 3 that were there had more time with the therapist who was absolutely great. She did a work shop on "is anxiety addictive" which was very interesting. 

I then had an afternoon in the studio before someone brought me a kiln load to fire. 

Bit tired tonight as I just couldn't sleep last night. Think it was the 12 o'clock coffee at Costa that was to blame!
