Gorgeous Goose

A pylon on an island in Seventy Acres Lake at Fishers Green needs attention. A huge temporary pontoon has been constructed so that the workers and their machinery can reach it. I spotted this lovely goose amongst their paraphernalia and behind their barriers. It has a broken wing. :( It seemed very friendly.

I asked Olu the site security guard about it. He said that it goes into the water and it is eating well. I suppose it's only a matter of time before Reynard gets it. I seriously thought of bringing it home with me but even though it seems quite tame, it would probably be quite difficult to capture 
it and the poor thing would find a wild goose chase very stressful. I've got a feeling that Mish would like a goosey friend.
