Bound and Barbed

These are the two main weeds on our pen. When you go away on holiday or to visit relatives, they are very happy to grow stronger.
Bindweed gets harder to remove from the plants we want to keep, and Wood Aven produce far to many seeds that spread too easily.
I spent a couple of hours (between the showers) removing these two. Bindweed roots and Wood Aven seeds go into one tub, and the rest goes in the compost bin!
