Well, it hadn’t sucked ….

When I went to check the cows this morning, yesterday’s calf hadn’t had a suck . Got wee brother to give me a hand to bring it and the cow in . Milked the cow and bottle fed the calf. Luckily it wanted to suck so that was half the battle.
Put them in a pen . By tonight it was sucking a back tit so left well alone and see what happens.
A trip down to the village hall tonight with Mrs F for the film night. A Japanese film called Perfect Days. Luckily it had sub titles so I could hear it ok. Not my cup of tea at all, although I did manage to stay awake through most of it …..
