Last Day

Today was the last day on which the public may visit the lake and waterfall at Littlebredy.  The estate has been sold to new owners who have decreed its closure.

It was a very pleasant visit, but the grass verges were crowded with parked cars and the paths and lanes thronged with people.  If I lived there I might welcome the new regime, although it might become too quiet.
