Yksi, kaksi, kolme, sauna

First full day after arriving yesterday. Everything is unpacked, installed, found and tried out.

A beautiful, sunny, still slightly cool spring day.

While P. is still asleep, I go for a walk with Kara at 6am, first in the forest and then along the sea (blip).

A long Sunday breakfast, watching the sea outside in the sun, playing and exercising with Kara and finally grilling the first salmon.

In the afternoon we doze off, take a short walk in the forest and then heat up the sauna down by the sea with a log fire late afternoon. After an 18-hour day in the sun, we enjoy a book in front of the open fire in the evening. It's still light outside. Sunset at 10.42pm.

Dream Sunday by the sea. Not a soul to be seen and no need for Kara's lead or the car. Finland at its best.
