Red Soup

I made a batch of red soup this morning,  Icing for carrot cake and salted caramel ice-cream.  Busy, busy.

Dull, wet, grey, windy and sunny here today.  We had intended to go to one of the NGS gardens locally  but the weather isn't conspiring to entice us out.
