LNER Azuma train

This express train leaving Lincoln .
The powers that be decided to get rid of the relief line a good many years ago now. So every train that needs to travel near Lincoln has to go through the town centre !! 
Well it has had one advantage as I was invited to a house viewing with my daughter and partner yesterday. The house on Gresley drive !! was built where the line used to run, so all the new roads around there have a railway link. This was their 3rd viewing and the house is now sold subject to contract so hopefully it will go through now.
