To the lighthouse!

In the morning we drove the short distance from the hotel (after a hearty breakfast!) to the lighthouse at Ardnamurchan Point, the most westerly point on the UK mainland. Beautiful weather and nice to wander round the area.
After a wee while we headed for the rainforest.
Well, the temperate rainforest. A narrow band of gorgeous ancient oak woodland, full of butterflies and dragonflies, oak, hazel, rowan, willow; green and silent. Balm for the soul.
