...which l consider to be far more hygienic than Traceys.
It's 2:30 in the morning and l am feeling suitably dreadful.  Have just made myself a cup of tea and taken some cold/flu relief tabs l found in the cupboard.  I was feeling very hot and sweaty, have just looked at the room thermometer and it says 24°!
