Herb spiral

We attended an ecology day at a local urban nature reserve in Southall, learning some useful tips about growing food and working with wildlife, as well as doing a bit of practical work. One project was this herb spiral, which was built from scratch. The place is called Wolf Fields, run by A Rocha, best known for running the Eco church programme.
