Acclaimed Cheat Day!

Today was my last free coaching.
And well - I think it was a bit of a waste of time ....
I was desperate to get this offer out to Lisa - but did not get it ready before the coaching.
At 1 pm I had a lovely catch up with my old friend Bianca.
She is incredible - and I am so happy we are back in touch.
Then I worked my offer - had a call from Tina coming in - so distractions were huge.
I made it and sent it out before 4 pm.
Then done some more.
Black pine not with closing at 4 pm was no option.
Went to Sonny and Vito instead to have some quiet time sitting outside in the sun.
Well a bit of sun - still in a warm jacket ...

Back home - finishing work and out again with Neil to celebrate the week with Pizza and wine at Paesano.
I had a Pizza Carbonara which was absolutely delicious!

We walked home in the rain.
Sat up too long with ice cream and sweets.

A proper chat day - deliberate and enjoyed.
