Physiphora smaragdina Loew

Out on a limb a bit here - I think it is Physiphora smaragdina Loew, but I'm not 100% sure and am ready to be corrected.

Very hot day today ... you know what I've been doing, don't you ... let's just call it Finishing Touches ...

This fly was busy slurping nectar from a marigold (I think that is the name of the flower - oeillet D'Inde in French)
