French Fancy

Rob has a new car, it’s an Alpine 100GT and I have to say it is lovely. This means that all of our Le Mans party have new cars this year… except me. Guy bought a very expensive ( and utterly lovely ) old Porsche, Jamie bought a 20 year old green Aston Vantage and now Rob has bought this. Needless to say I’m slightly jealous as the Porsche and Alpine are really great cars ( the Aston is good but not that interesting). Sadly a change of car is not an option for me at the moment so I guess we’ll have to slum it in the old Jag ;) which is going to have its paintwork sorted next week so at least it will be shiny. Also it means we will win more top trumps this year ( an annual thing we do every year ).
