Ick On South Downs Way

Definition of Ick-  Used to express disgust! 
Maybe a bit strong but goodness People on Mountain bikes do not own the path!!! or should we move over when there is plenty of space ie.. Two lanes so they can pass.. Enough said.
Today next installment 
Cocking to Amberley 12 miles..
Very misty and  damp when we set off.. then phew very warm..
Some breath taking scenery today..
Lunch at The  Bridge Inn.. A favourite place Houghton Bridge..
Then train home.
Lovely walk another cadence coffee stop this time a shipping container at Upwaltham half way..
