parkrun……again?

Must be Saturday and somewhere there is a parkrun…..

Headed the short trip west to the relatively new Cuningar Loop event.

Busy, noisy, fun, fairly flat.

My legs are officially shot though. I struggled to run. It’s not quite the end of the month and my step count for May is over 750k.

Going to have to have an easy June.
