The NHS comes in for a lot of criticism at times, and there are certainly some unhelpful procedures that I have been on the receiving end of, but there are some fantastic people that work not only hard but to a very high standard to look after us. I'm off to find out how to submit some (good) feedback.

The day's drugs haul did unfortunately involve me spending a ridiculous amount of time on buses, and I am exhausted with an early start and a hard day tomorrow.
