big band practice

We're an unusual band in many ways.  Five singers out of six members. Two also write a lot of our songs, so we always have a more material than we need for an evening's entertainment.  We have a gig tomorrow night and here we're trying to finalise the set list.  

It's been a year since all six of us performed together, so there's an element of negotiation as to what's included and what's left out.  Or rather - what we can remember how to play and what we've forgotten.

We also live quite far apart, so getting us all together requires a fair bit of organisation.  And tolerant partners. But it's fun.  There's nothing quite like making music with other people.
