Billy Fury Way

Sounds like a quasi-religious belief system... But it's actually an alleyway in West Hampstead.

Apparently the name was voted for in a poll of locals and the mural was commissioned from a street art collective - all part of a local police initiative to make the streets safer (and make it easier for them to tell their colleagues which alley they're chasing the latest wrong'un down). And Billy Fury used to use the old Decca recording studios nearby - so there's a reason behind the name.

In Other News, I had another interview this morning (different job) and, subject to meeting the client next week, it looks like I'll have a few months' freelance work coming my way. Hurrah!
